You can refuse the goods of good quality that you purchased within 14 days from the moment you receive them. Return of goods of good quality is possible while maintaining its presentation (packaging and labels), consumer properties and upon presentation of documents received upon purchase of goods. Attention! Money will be returned in the same way that payment was made: in cash; to a bank card; by postal order.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE IN RUSSIA

The parcel must be enclosed with a fully filled-in return application, an invoice, a postal receipt. After receiving the goods and confirming their proper quality, money will be sent to the buyer.
Attention! Parcels sent to our address by COD are not accepted, after a while they will be returned to you. In the absence of a completed application for the return of goods, funds cannot be sent until it is received. The cost of postage and other postage is not compensated.
RETURN OF GOOD QUALITY PRODUCT
Goods of inadequate quality are goods that have hidden defects that were not discovered at the time of receipt of the goods. Buyers have the right to return a product that has obvious defects or does not match the description on the site (with the exception of claims to photographs, due to the technical impossibility of transmitting the exact color and size of the photograph in electronic form). Products of inadequate quality may be returned within the warranty period, which is 30 (thirty) days.
The return of goods of inadequate quality is carried out in the same way as the return of goods of good quality. You can send photos of the goods for preliminary consideration on the fact of marriage (general view, marriage) and information on the date of purchase to the address email@example.com. In case of confirmation of inadequate quality of the goods, in addition to cash directly for the goods, you will be compensated for the cost of postage. In some cases, an examination of up to two weeks may be required to confirm inadequate product quality. You can exchange goods of inadequate quality for similar goods of good quality, if such goods are in stock.
To apply for a refund, you must:
- return purchased goods in proper quality, preserving the packaging and consumer properties;
- attach documents confirming the purchase (bill of lading or cash receipt);
- fill out a return application
When returning funds for returned goods of good quality, the cost of postage and other postal expenses are not compensated. Money will be returned to the buyer in the same way as payment for the order. Attention! We inform you that when requesting a refund of money paid with a credit card, the refund is made exclusively to the same credit card with which payment was made!
